The Exterior

Enjoy our beautiful home with mature landscaping including date palm, cacti, and fruit trees. The gated entry to the front door opens to a small landscaped front courtyard. A large garage with room for your car, plus a golf cart and bicycles for your use. The back patio has a screened-in porch with high-end patio furniture. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or maybe some yoga? The high-end patio dining table seats six, a gas grill, plus a chaise for kicking back with your morning coffee and a good book. The wonderful citrus trees provide lots of privacy and visits from the hummingbirds.

The Interior

Step into this light-filled home and you’ll find yourself instantly relaxed.

The living room features super comfortable furniture for hosting friends or kicking back with a bowl of popcorn and a movie. The dining room with its solid wood dining table seats six. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker. You can’t beat the natural light in this kitchen - the windows in the nook make it the perfect spot for breakfast or working on projects. Or maybe you prefer to take your coffee or fresh-squeezed juice from the orange tree out to the shady and private screened porch. We equipped the home with dishes, glassware, and service pieces for indoors and glass-free dishes, glassware, and service pieces for outdoors. But if cooking isn’t your thing, there are lots of great local dining establishments for dine-in or take-out.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed with a writing desk that looks out to the backyard. You’ll have plenty of room for your clothes in the chest of drawers or the large walk-in closet with lots of hangers. The bathroom has a large step-in shower and double vanity sinks.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. The hall bath is generously sized with a bath/shower and vanity.

The indoor laundry room makes washing your clothes a breeze. We’ll even get you started with stocked laundry and cleaning and paper supplies.

The Grand boasts four golf courses, two recreational swimming resort-style pools, 12k sq ft of fitness facilities with impeccable equipment and classes - like outdoor spin, yoga, dance aerobics, hiking clinics, and more.
